I had my placenta encapsulated by Ashley and would do it again in a heartbeat! I noticed that my milk came in sooner than it did after my previous delivery. I also had extra energy, which is very much needed when you have a newborn. I never had PPD after my previous delivery, however, there’s always a chance you will get it with each new baby. I just felt like the pills made me feel more at ease and relaxed as I struggled with a baby who cried for hours on end. These are definitely a must, there are so many benefits. I also had a placenta salve made by Ashley. This salve is absolutely amazing! I have used it on my dry/cracked/bleeding hands, my sons’ cradle cap, and as a diaper rash cream. My mom even used some on a burn she had as well as a crack she had on her finger. She was so impressed by the salve that she asked me if she could take some home with her! I loved Ashley as my doula! She was very caring and informative, answering any questions I had no matter when or what time I asked them! She also helped my husband be more comfortable having an active role in helping me through the pain of labor.
